What if you were on a bus, sitting across from a cop bashing somebody's face in? Ok, back up two rows to be able to video. Check! What if you have to get out of your car, but leave your camera running and the cop decides to drag you do

Well you do have an example of this in BTC. For physical property, it might be backed by a smart contract, then whoever takes your land, does so at the risk of being deplatformed. IOW, take my land, then the world around you becomes off-lim

Willingness to fork, which requires human choices/intervention. Seems to me the extinction of forking is (was) a design goal of BTC. I know of no example of that with alts. In fact, there seems to be zero appetite for this goal with al

Not clear on your "Bitcoin will be the Yahoo" reduction. There's scarcity and commodity qualities to take into account, and making absolute statements about behavioral economics has a far greater chance of being wrong. Not ar

Yes, owning property when that ownership does not require enforcement by a central authority.

Simply, not depending on a centralized authority for regulation. For instance, whatever value any gov offers regarding trading regulation can be codified into the network. Here's the most obvious example right now: what is the argument

Nothing? How about the ability to self-regulate, and other acts of personal sovereignty? Learn and adapt, network gets stronger for all. Do Kwan is a circus act with elephants - he got implicitly deplatformed if not explicitly.

Hah, we are the creators, the self-created. Ironies are journey swag. Display proudly... Doesn't mean we don't have to iterate a bit. Iterate from problem to solution, inspecting and adapting along the way.

That's way off the mark with regard to purchasing power vs money supply. Check your M2 chart. And your time frame on BTC is too short. Yes, it's trending up, and also becoming less volatile over time.

BTW, the only corruption I've run into with sqlite is plug-pullers with transaction frames still open, killing a debug session, the usual shenanigans that are improper with basic NTFS.

Oh lordy, this is waking up some bad memories of using Dynamics for a huge project. As a team of 50, we started having to extend the crap out of it with c#, which made me question the use of the tool in the first place. So we called in an e
