You are correct that there were more demands than the one I referred to. The point I was making was that Ukraine sadly appears to be devastated by this war and is arguably worse off today by the choice they made to engage instead of finding

It kind of depends, doesn't it? The authors have (allegedly, and according to you) committed a GPL violation. The "sins" of the country they live in have nothing to do with the situation. Reverse engineering closed-source sof

Simple. While not all activities depicted in porn are damaging to all people, some activities can be damaging some people. Doesn't have to be black or white. Make sense?

"Allowed people to experiment..." So, they experimented by trying new things, correct? Which, by definition, is a change (i.e., a distortion) in their sexual behavior. If you try to read the "distortion" as being a non-j

Ukraine lost the minute they refused to take Putin's early offer to eschew NATO membership. No power is going to tolerate a hostile actor on their doorstep - Russia won't with Ukraine, China won't with Taiwan, and the US didn

The free availability of online pornography has distorted sexual behaviors, with some women feeling pressured to indulge in activities they see on screens to "compete". If AI porn can "learn" and create increasingly tail

I think that's an oversimplification of the argument being made. For people early in their careers, face time on site can be invaluable. They get to learn from people who get things done, and emulate them (or not). On-site, they learn

I agree that my examples are about parody and commentary, and I apologize that my intent wasn't clear. I was trying to convey that a derivative work made by studying the original (Mondrian / Biden / Trump speech) should be OK

Take a minute to extend your argument, and it will fall apart: SNL is "screwing" Trump/Biden because their jokes wouldn't exist without Trump/Biden. Movie critics are "screwing" actors, because the review

surely being 80x faster than humans is less relevant than how it performs relative to herbicides? Spraying crops is likely faster and cheaper than using lasers, but externalities are not being factored into the cost.
