I’ve also tried, and failed with aeropress. I found that grind size is very tricky to convey with words or photos. e.g. https://elegantcoffee.com/coffee-grind-size-brewing-methods/ It’s almost like a wind-up. I also do

It's kindof ironic that despite it being quite simple, and there being around 100 years of freely available science explaining why it's not true, some people just can't stop saying "calories in - calories out"

I actually think it’s rather difficult to mimic Erlang message passing in go, but trivial (and not uncommon) to mimic go channels in Erlang.

On my Mac, and on windows on my laptop, every colour is distinct. On Ubuntu on my laptop (with good monitor) many of the colours (the greens around the edge for example) look the same.

Obviously Betteridge's law, but.. Hell yes something is being lost. Many cities are finally getting something like the cycling infrastructure that cyclists have dreamt about. Unfortunately, it’s for electric mopeds. They’re as hostil

someone else can explain better than me, but.. humidity is lower when it's cold but relative humidity is higher. Being outside in the uk when it's cold is often like being inside a cloud, with 100% relative humidity levels. Comb

I make so many typos lately that when I read back what I’ve just typed it is often gibberish. I’ve seriously wondered whether I’ve suffered from serious cognitive decline (iPhone 11 pro max)

~10 trees have been planted on my street (in London) over the past few years. Each cost hundreds of pounds and took months to arrange. Every one died this summer.

You’ve guessed incorrectly how much the average citizen cares about standing up to Putin. Most people believe that the consequences of not standing up to him would be far worse
