I hear this time and time again. "Flash is dead" and it is, except when it isn't. Beatport Sounds use it for playing samples, which means that I cannot use that site on my phone. Since WP8 is so locked down, the only browser option is IE 10

I got a Lumia 822 (Verizon-only offering) and I have mixed feelings about it. I love the Live Tiles but things like IE10 Mobile really frustrate me. There is no Flash support so I can't go to certain sites (like Beatport Sounds). There are

As somebody who is learning C++ and decided to go with clang, the error reporting is absolutely phenomenal. It tells me not only what line errors are on but also makes suggestions as to how to fix it. I don't ever recall GCC having very hel

I would play Diablo 3 on my laptop and desktop and would get around 10 to 20 FPS if I was lucky. So all this talk of 30 FPS is making me jealous!

I'm not sure. I do know that games like World of Warcraft would make you agree to the terms each time you had a patch or they changed. It seems like Instagram is doing what you are describing. I would definitely be interested in hearing a l

You can't just unilaterally change a contract and expect it to be valid. My understanding of things like this is so that if things do change, the company can offer up a new TOS/contract which would supersede the previous.

Good to know. The only Indiana Jones movie I have seen is the Crystal Skull one, so I'm not up on my Jones. "Something I hadn't previously considered is that given Disney does its own distribution, they probably have no need to use 20th Cen

Thank you. I am just baffled that an insurance company would pay for an unnecessary test instead of one that was deemed necessary. It seems completely contradictory to how they want to make money.
