not really. its extremely well established science. you dont seem to have much experience with this topic. ketosis saved my life in 2019 and ever since then ive been learning as much as i can about ketosis and its medical applications

i think the topic of salt is misunderstood. ancient people didnt eat as much and they worked more and harder and also didnt have access to air conditioning. sweating more would deplete electrolytes and entering into dietary ketosis frequent
