Vivaldi. But if desktop Firefox gets as slick as the new Firefox Preview on Android is becoming I might start using it on desktop.

The hiding www thing along with AMP in general made me finally leave Chrome after over a decade using it. I don't use Firefox, though.

Commenters so far haven't actually answered your question. They just gave examples where the 2 enantiomers have different effects. There are countless examples of these since our bodies' molecules naturally have "handedness&q

I'm a Rust noob but I think skunkopalypse was making some good points. I wish people didn't vote down his/her comment to death and actually replied to it so I could learn why he/she wasn't right.

Running a binary really should be easier than installing a runtime and directories full of code. I'd be even more inclined to reach for a container in the latter case.

I've started learning Rust after many years of NodeJS. In the past 3 weeks I've seen more "blazing" in Rust library marketing than in all my years of NodeJS combined.

I try to use and like DDG, but the results just aren't as good. For example, it seems to be completely unaware of Docker Hub. Like, pages from that entire subdomain never show up. I can search "Docker hub" and it doesn't

Some people smoke for 50 years and never get lung cancer. Body oils have compounds in them that do things other than act as a simple emollient. I'm not trying to convince you to change what you're doing. I'm just saying it&#x

I don't know about long term harm but it won't replicate all the effects of natural skin oils. Our oils contain compounds that keep the acidity just right and keep microbes from taking over. We've evolved those oils over a lo

In general people should probably bathe less than they do in Western nations. I'm also not aware of any specific studies. Warm water is generally enough, except perhaps in areas that are prone to odour (armpits, groin, etc.). Bathing i

I use Enya. 1L for $2.99 from Chemist Warehouse. Probably actually has some soapiness in it but claims to be soap-free. Nowhere near as harsh as bar soap. Smells decent. Lathers well. Australian-made. Wife gets QV Wash, which is less harsh

My wife (also a doctor) actually started buying some bars for exactly that reason. Unfortunately they were too harsh. It's an unsolved problem, as far as I know. Once there's enough demand, I'm sure manufacturers will follow

I don't know if that Dove bar has soap in it, but there are many non-soap cleansers of varying degrees of harshness. I only know the brands available in Australia.

What you're interpreting as "clean feeling" is likely stripping your skin of its protective oils. That's why we (doctors) don't recommend soaps as a general rule. That oil is there for a reason.

How far did you look? I've already bought one of these new chips in Australia from a local computer store. I don't know what your definition of "launched" is, but it's obviously much more exacting than mine.

They've stuffed up my billing every month for 12 months now. I've told them numerous times and they still can't fix whatever problem they have. I'm glad other people are having more luck with them.

It's not ambiguous. As noted by the parent of the comment you're replying to, this is standard practice with Docker images/tags. Personally, I prefer to specify even the patch level to avoid any kind of surprise, but I can un

Even extensions in Firefox can't customise the page you see when you open the browser! I used a "new tab" extension, but for some reason Firefox doesn't treat the first tab you open as a "new tab"(1). I quickly
