Disclaimer: I'm a doctor. I'm not quite sure how to respond to this because it just seems like a ridiculous statement to me. Of course I tell patients things in a way to reduce their anxiety. It often doesn't help. Your last

What monitor are you thinking of? Not everyone gets telemetry. BP cuffs get very tight and will probably wake you up. You may even wake up if a saturation probe is put on your finger. >You can also do a visual checkup without waking up t

And they are probably mining it for data. I use Keep as a synchronised shopping list with my wife, among other things. I'd really like a self-hostable replacement.

All it takes is for one child to die overnight and the parents to sue and you can be sure all patients will get their vitals checked regularly. This is how healthcare works. Source: am a doctor and see this kind of thing on small and large

It's not just the brain. All the body's organs require perfusion. The heart will also quickly die without perfusion. Other organs will survive a little longer.

I know there's an issue about this but it doesn't really indicate Hasura's intentions regarding it: Is supporting CockroachDB something Hasura is actively working on?

When I was doing my anaesthetics terms we used more than just propofol. We used a cocktail for various effects. Propofol to knock you out. Volatile gas to keep you under. Opioid (usually fentanyl) so you don't feel pain. Suxamethonium

I don't leave my screen on the same image all day. It's on about as much as my phone. I turn it off if I'm not actively using it. This is my point. If I can have it on my phone, I should be able to have it on my desktop.

Is there a reason to choose Brave over Vivaldi (other than Vivaldi not having a mobile version)? I've just started using Vivaldi and I am very impressed. It's what Chrome should have evolved into.
