There was something about the writing in her email that felt.. loaded and questionable without enough factual assertions to carry her point. In Jeff Dean's email, he made one point that could be pretty salient: she submitted the paper

I spent time this week with Joplin. Why I won't be using it: * If I live in Markdown, I want to edit it WYSIWYG. Maybe that's wrong, but I don't want to live in .md code mode (for this reason, I miss Evernote). I author in Ty

Productivity hacks are the new startup hacks. (Kidding, not kidding... I'm more annoyed by "founder" specialness/pithy comments on Twitter than productivity hacks, though, I haven't seen a Roam submission in a few d

I've been waiting for Apple to update the AppleTV (I gave mine to a deserving friend), so I replaced my aging Roku with a FireTV (for HBO Max). Works great.

So Medium wants my email to read the article, and when I give it email it says I have to upgrade to read the article. Shady.

I see Meet, but not Chat, and none of my Chats show up in the Gmail app (iOS), and there's a separate Chat app (which doesn't do the account switching I mentioned). If Chat is built in, I don't see it yet.

The mobile Google Chat still doesn't let you switch accounts, like Hangouts supports. Perplexing, given how much people in the Google-sphere context switch.
