Interesting, but why use ChatGPT in an API instead of GPT-4?

Rebecca Zung has been posting videos on narcissism for some time now. The videos on how to identify them and their tactics are excellent. https://www.youtube.com/@RebeccaZungEsq

I've found ChatGPT useful for coming up with ideas and possible solutions. Left to its own devices, however, it would fail to do anything meaningful in its current state. It just gets things wrong too often, or at least, requires const

They're constantly bringing down the compute requirements. I've seen regular Open Source stories on HN about people finding impressive optimizations.

There's no way there's only 10% left to improve in those models. New versions are coming out regularly that are clearly improved. Midjourney v5 and GPT-4 were just released showing huge improvements, for example. Not only that, bu

I agree. As you build you get a better sense for what people want. You also figure out how to build faster as you collect tech stack, or even more than one. When the right idea comes along, you can then move quite quickly.

I ask ChatGPT for solutions and see what it comes up with. It isn't always right when it comes to writing code, but it can be great with explaining things. At least I can check what it says with Google.

I intend to add something similar to InventAI ( https://inventai.xyz ), which is a general purpose creator web app launching soon (MVP). I agree with your vision, it should be possible. Our approaches will likely vary quite a bit

That's strange, but the article talks about 5HT2A receptors, and not about Ashwagandha. I know you mean that there could be a link in theory though. I'll do some research on this, thanks. Personally I only take a capsule when I&#x

It looks like it sometimes, even though that may not be the case. I've had times when I've corrected ChatGPT, and yes, it knows that what it told me was wrong. It then goes on to tell me more along the lines of what it seemingly a

Self-replicating programs aren't new, but using ChatGPT to do it is. However, although alluring in terms of imagination, the reality is that self-replicating programs typically end up being useless. They never seem to evolve to be usef

I don't want to rely on a 3rd party service, and I think the change would make HN better. I'd also like to be able to follow users that I think are interesting, to be able to see their posts/comments. But that would be a much

I'd like to know when there's a new reply to a comment I made in an article, without having to click my username, then comments. So basically a notifications icon/link at the top right.

InventAI: https://inventai.xyz This will help creators build with AI using a cool UI with tons of features. Initially for images, then I'll expand to documents and code. I'm aiming to launch in the next few weeks.

I've previously suggested the use of META tags on all pages where AI was used to help generate the content. But it seems this isn't going to happen.
