If I'm searching the BLS site correctly, nation wide 57% of secondary, 80% of primary, and 97% of preschool/kindergarten school teachers are women. [Edit: For comparison it shows 21% of computer programmers as women.]

It seems obvious that a roboadvisor is easier to scale while maintaining its level of performance than a human advisor. So I guess the question is, at what level do the best roboadvisors compare to the human advisors? Also almost certainly

He's referring to the sequence starting at 4:15. Compare the close up real time shot that starts the later sequence to the slow motion at 2:52. The feather and ball leave the frame almost simultaneously in the earlier one but with ~25%
