Did no one else read this title as, a fork of the C frontend for LLVM by Neal Stephenson is being abandoned? I was pretty interested in seeing why Neal Stephenson felt the need to fork it in the first place. :)

Yes, most definitely this. For instance small niche site I run mostly dealing with females 30-60 years of age, Chrome has 17%, Safari 18%, Firefox 22% and IE 36%.

There is a large gap between true statistical significance and a fair coin toss. Bad testing (of whatever flavor A/B, MAB, etc.) is likely to land somewhere in that gap. Most likely worse off than proper testing but also quite likely better
