I live in the Midwest and our home prices are relatively flat over the last decade for the city I live in. 18 months ago I noticed that my zestimate was inflated and rose to 2x my appraised value of my home (refinanced that year). I looked

Slightly off topic, but one idea I had was for Google to share road usage stats with cities and businesses. Right now cities put out an air tube on the road that counts the cars. Google could provide much more insight given they already can

Another way they get triggered is when people use browser/desktop based rank checkers. There are also plugins some SEOs use to pull lots of requests. These tools are quite old now and not very useful, but people still use them.

One item that always struck me as something these large retailers should do to leverage their physical locations is to provide same/next day delivery. With the ability to pick up the item in store same day when ordering it online what

Let's call a spade a spade. Can anyone point to Uber showcasing their love for their employees? All I see is the opposite. I mean they are actively looking to replace them with self driving cars. They could care less about their

Amazing point! Getting that data will be incredibly important. Adding play/pause/next options to your watch to control your smart tv would also be great too. Also allows another reason to download the app for the watch.

This seems so backwards. Amazon lead on cheap prices. But this retail store only displays book/listed price. Which are higher. The only way to get the real price is to manually scan each one. Why? What am I missing?
