Curious if you tried with extensions disabled? I just attempted opening both a 100k and 1m line html file in both VS Code and ST, in the 100k case they both were quick to open but Code was a bit smoother in scrolling, in the 1m case ST took

The main thing I look at in this situation is their approaches to security. ES decided authentication is a paid-only feature implemented via closed source proprietary code, and the result has been countless PII leaks; now sure you could say

Or maybe don’t “hate” folks who are just trying to put some content online and don’t want to deal with botnets taking down their work? You know, like what the internet was intended for.

The question is whether the missing feature could be reasonably inferred to be present based on competing products or the product’s description. Let’s say I buy a camera. It takes photos well enough, but I soon learn that it can only transf

If you change an interface in Python you need to manually verify that everything is correctly using that new interface. That’s much more of a devprod hit.

Unless there was a CGI mesh in the scene, but due to how everything laid out it never actually got any screentime. In which case there would be some debate as to whether it should be considered.
