Yeah, the first two nights I woke up decently alert a couple times which I took to be my body telling me that something might be wrong and I should check it out. I never felt a sense of uncomfortableness, it felt almost comfortable for me a

My theory on the way this will progress is the skills of being an editor will become even more valuable than today. For article writing, or non-fiction book writing even, step one is finding the data, making connections, and planning out th

I can see how it can cause some anxiety. I suppose I was lucky that it didn't for me. The first two nights I work up in the middle a couple times, decently alert, and could tell my body was trying to say something might be wrong. I was

+2 for taping mouth shut. I read the book a week ago, said, why not. Instant improvement. Before, I'd have to wake up to go to the bathroom every night for the past 10 years, and when I woke up I'd have this eye pain every day lea

I've made a change recently, where if there's a blog post, web article, magazine articles, or even watch a video, I need to take notes on it. Obsidian is great for that, where I can put a link in, and it pops out a page for me to

Meta comment, but I'm curious about the money range of $200-$1000. Many threads like this are for cheaper products (granted, upper limit here of $200 is higher than usual), and a lot of the answers are repeated. I feel it's hard t

I cannot suggest enough that everyone should get a high lux light. I'm in the north midwest of the US, where there's little sun, it's cold which makes being outside much more difficult, and even when I am it's cloudy. L

Pitching wedges were originally 48, now they're in the 46-47 range. Tour players have very different lofts depending on type of iron and ball flight. For normal players though, companies like to deloft the irons to 1) make them go furt
