How about real estate transactions. What fees are the average buyer and seller having to pay along with how many third party people have worked themselves into the fold to get their piece of the action? Why would you need title insurance

You don't pay for the fees...the vendor does. Not to mention all of the other fees they rake in. You can have other ways of making sure payments are safeguarded...actually one of the smartest ways to do this was setup on the dark web

Exactly this...it's not apples to apples comparison. Transferring an NFT is a larger transaction size so the cost is higher (hence the $22 price they are referring). The cost of the transaction is also based on how busy the blockchai

Not really...the fees for Bitcoin, Ethereum and other L2 options are flat fees and are well under Visa/MC fees most of the time. Might want to look at Western Union and the like too...way way under those fees. Current transaction fee

We have seen issues with those in government not wanting to do what is best overall and instead think they can do better themselves. Oregon has many great examples of that...the biggest being the Cover Oregon mishap. Hundreds of millions

No, but there is far greater share of democrats that are college graduates (especially the younger ones) and those in the trades are a greater share of republicans. Not only...but certainly more of them.

I'm not saying there aren't holes...but there is a lot of evidence shown that can't really be disputed. I'm certainly not saying to take it 100% what they say...but it should be investigated further. Why take pictures

I'd say it's breaking information...but far from newsworthy. Breaking news is an update on the war in Ukraine, a school shooting or other major impact. A defamation trial between two celebrities is not and should not be news.

When the jury reaching a verdict in the Depp/Heard trial is "breaking news" like it plastered across my TV screen the other day...then all hope is lost.

What about things you already have...like say health insurance. I went back for an MBA ~2009 while working a full time job. I was forced to pay an extra ~$300 per term for health care even though I already had it through my work. No way

My viewpoint is that there is not enough evidence to support what you are saying. Also "your neighborhood" isn't the same thing as an entire city so you can't extrapolate a single small data point into a city wide theor

Rents are up across the country and you are right it's 20% in LA according to rent.com. However equating rental prices going up 12% in the past 12 months with "people coming roaring back" isn't really correct. I mean i

So if the average is say 12% increase (which is what rent.com says right now)...that still means SF is lower than before COVID started. Not to mention that the most cities are seeing off the charts numbers compared to SF right now. https:

I haven't seen any data to support "roaring back". 6-ish months ago they were still saying SF rents were down 20% from March 2020. Any idea how many rentals aren't rentals anymore because of the moratorium impact? I k

The entire 300mm process is different on a microscopic level. For instance generally 200mm fabs don't need to use copper at all because the benefit of that is the dual-damascene process which isn't seen on the bigger tech nodes.

I would say some extremely liberal cities giving contracts to specific minorities (female or black owned businesses) to promote equality...that is not fair treatment. Equality is making sure everyone has the same opportunities to succeed.
