Thanks for clarification, that makes sense. Just to give you a bit more context, I've been evaluating CDC (change data capture) tooling and Prisma Pulse was one of the options. My primary data storage is Postgres but I have a need to r

Congrats on the launch, this looks very interesting! Will it ever be possible to self-host Prisma Postgres (or Pulse)? It's great that I can use your platform, but if I adopted e.g. Pulse, that's a non-trivial vendor lock in. I&#x

Wow, congrats! Indeed, I’m curious why you’ve used OpenCL. And what was the hardware/general setup used for finding the prime? What was your motivation behind building this software?

> Doesn't require disabling SIP That's very interesting! I've been hesitant to use similar WMs as basically all required disabling SIP. Anyone knows what AeroSpace is doing differently that it can work alongside SIP? Edit:

Why so snarky? The paper you refer to was published after the event. I'm also amazed that it was possible to record such event at that time.

B12 is the most important one. I've started getting some strange "tingling" in my arms a while ago, went to the neurologist, got a prescription for a higher dosage B12 and it went away. I was supplementing B12 already, but it

Thanks for sharing, very useful blog post (not just the linked section). Reference to https://github.com/wagoodman/dive will help a lot today.

Thank you for saying that. I'm still shocked how deep such "mental illusions" can go. But it's also dangerous thing to say, because it triggers "internal contradiction" error in most people and you get to exper

I'm not familiar with PowerBi but one place I was at leaned towards Tableau (vs Metabase) due to its "storytelling" features. That is -- you could create a document with an intro and embed graphs/analytics within the doc

Metabase ( https://www.metabase.com/ ) is a similar tool. It supports less DBs but I had good experiences with it at a couple of startups, it's quite easy to build useful queries, even for not technical people. I'm

Thank you for voicing this perspective! I've switched to Firefox ~3-4 years ago and I've seen considerable progress (on multiple platforms). I'm really grateful that we - internet users - have a great alternative to corporate

+1 for Tailscale, the product is great. I've used it in a very limited scale but can vouch for quality and performance. No CPU issues at all (even on rPi).

Same here. I've used Toggl and similar in the past but it was an overkill. Currently using 1 sheet per month setup, 1 row for day/task. Simple and works.

Yeah, I like Plato either! The UI is (IMO) way better/more pleasant than OKReader. I still tend to use OKReader more due to it having more customization flexibility but I'm tracking Plato development.
