The article says that the wallet might not be in their control. They believe it might be a part of a coin tumbling/washing operation. I think the main reason they don't use one they control is the potential to trace where the orig

I'm no legal expert, but that seems difficult for a court to do. They're not legislative (or, not supposed to be). And I'm certain the ACLU would fight that tooth and nail. Signal was subpoenaed in court, and told to give up

I've dipped my toes a bit into mycology. Spores can survive atmospheric boiling temperatures of water. Often a pressure cooker is used to sanitize substrate (wheat, and many other things) to grow mushrooms on. This ensures the only spo

I've found you can google the subreddits, and they will show you these subreddits. As long as your referrer is still Google, it seems to be fine.

A big difference I see is how much money does Google make me "watching"/skipping ads in a month? I find it hard to believe it's around $10/month. What are rates now a days?

I'll dig up the source later, but some studies show that each hamburger has an $8 subsidy behind it. I don't think the parent comment is way over stating the effects of subsidies.

I feel that is rather thin legal grounds, if the examples are what dictate legality. The fact that I can change some text that does not change the function of code, or what can be done with it, to suddenly make it more legal does not sound

How could this argument not be used in the same way for these "random" bytes? Is there some way to verify that these were sourced as they said? Can we also be sure they weren't chosen by generating several million bytes to fi

Would it be a bad idea for the government to have a reserve for healthcare workers for the next time this happens? To slowly sell off what is there, and to restock to create a buffer. And in a time of crisis, have a large amount that can on

I feel it's also a bit about perspective. Is school for learning, or is it a state sponsored day care with a guise of learning? Especially in the early years.

No, you would have to do some authentication at a physical bank itself. You can use the numbers to request a wire transfer from the account. In fact, when you're setting up an ACH transaction for bills and such, they tell you to get th

No, it's anecdata. A lot of stuff I see tends to have a large amount of 5s and 1s. There is often 2-4s, but the amount is very often less than 5s or 1s. It's mostly just looking at trends. A few things I've purchased from Ama

They used the equivalent of the thumb system. Many people give 5 stars, or 1 star. There are some that give in between. Many places consider anything less than 5 star to mean there was a problem (Uber, Amazon, reviews for phone support).

The primary reason is that 13 is prime. 12 is a better number in this case for a few reasons. 12 is what we already have. So nothing would have to change in that regard. We could keep the names as they are, despite the fact they are out of
