You can do pretty much teh same with both. Gremlin is slightly better when building complex traversal but as it usually happens with languages, it has a bit of personal choice.

precisely because you're a developer you whould embrace docker with open arms. Because docker removes all the trouble of running applications that you need for your development: databases, application servers, queues... I love the fact

I totally agree with you. it seems that having a family is aliability for the startup world, however, my experience is that families give you a special resilence than others don't have. Keep up and good luck ;)

what if I have to create strings with non ASCII chars? Calling ASCII "machine only" is totally wrong. I agree that encoding/decoding is a pain, but we have different string encodings for a reason.

Not only an alternative. ClinkerHQ does so much more (and better) than atlassian svn that if we were at school the teacher would tell you off because you cannot add up carrots and sweet pears.
