Recycling is such a sham. I wish we as a nation (US) would come to terms that most products are not economical to recycle. It could actually move the needle on consumption when you know that’s it’s going to be thrown away. About the only th

Too late and unless pricing changed too expensive. I was amazed when I got this Roborock a year ago it was 2-250 on sale via Amazon. Just a vacuum but it has lidar. I remember it mapping the floor and was amazed how well it worked.

But they also did not create the same amount of value that AI is. Certainly there is hype but also value is being generated.

We know over the long term it is exceptionally hard to beat the market, timing the market is near impossible. Everyone keeps talking about a bubble but we don’t know how big of one it is or when/if it will pop. You are better off being

About time. They never iterated and made a better product. All of the roombas end up being bump sensor machines, the mapping is garbage. My $200 Roborock has lidar and works flawlessly compared to my roomba I bought 3 years prior for $700.

Not sure if it is just a US thing but it to add a little more depth. Most stores as already stated want you to wander a bit to possibly purchase more things but the other piece is most stores custom to local preferences both on what they ca

That’s mostly my problem. Some of the apps have locations, often I find things not there. But for most stores they want you to wander and shop.

Not really. Makes me hopeful. The constraint right now to renewables in America is connecting them to the grid. The lead times are still in the years. I am hopeful that these constraints breed innovation and new solutions to the space.

Right we are all different. I don’t want to bother time with walking inside and picking things out. I would rather spend time with my family. All those minutes add up. Some enjoy it, others find value in that time spent, some of us like mys

At least for me. I buy fresh food via online ordering because I hate wasting time these days. Driving even to a nearby store takes 10mins round trip. Then having to walk through the store and fine what I need and checkout. I would much rath

People always warn about this but don’t understand it. It’s like saying be careful driving your car, you may get in a wreck. Or hey be careful don’t eat undercooked meat. There are so few cases of this annually and as someone who lives in A

Surpassed is probably the wrong word but the intent is more that it can comprehend quite complicated algorithms and patterns and apply them to your problem space. So yea it’s not a human but I don’t think saying subpar to a human is the rig

I think this is a good way to put it and I agree with it. Linus is a jerk and I would never want to work with him. Doubly so with zig maintainers who call other groups of people losers or monkeys. Shows a clear lack of maturity and ability

Constraints breed innovation. Humans will continue to innovate and demand for resources will grow. it is fairly well baked into most of civilization. Will that change in the future? Perhaps but it’s not changing now.
