I weekly monitor for news that they somehow allow using Kagi without Yandex. Still hurts after nearly 2 years of Kagi using to drop them. Without using Yandex at least I could convince myself that my money at least directly won't flow

I have to same issues with Fitbit. I'm thinking about switching soon when this one dies. Wondering whether Pebble would be for good for sleep tracking? Don't care about fancy exercise tracking, just steps, heart and sleep.

Plus to everything said. It's an everyday life of "maintainer", picking the next battle to pick the best way to avoid sinking deeper and defending the story that exactly "this" is the next refactoring project. All t

Glad to see Estonia being number 4 in that list. We have some nice successful businesses built on Ruby.

Using Ruby for AoC is a pleasure, for me at least. Standard library is rich and the opposite natures of scripting tool and full fledged language are both present and intertwined.

Video game pirating was mostly killed by viruses. At one point it was too just too risky. Probably good sources still around but it's too much hassle, maybe only if you game a lot and don't have a job to pay for a hobby.

I really love to dig new old music. Still discovering artists from 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s, 50s, 20s. I like that the list grows naturally. Been on the train from 90s.

The best I guess is last.fm, which works based on "you like A, lots of people who listen to A, listen to B and C as well. Give it a try?" But honestly, nothing beats exploration and putting some work into finding yourself. I like
