I agree so much that I built an entire company around it. The insight and nuance that comes from reading support conversations is second to none but more importantly emphasizing with your user enables you to focus more on building intuitive

Yes we can automatically apply established tags to incoming support tickets and there is the option to delete and merge similar tags that ScopeAI generates and assigns to tickets as well!
