No, NumPy has tools for Fortran inclusion, f2py, for the users but itself has no Fortran code. SciPy has Fortran77 code about 15% but slowly rewriting it in Cython/C++. Both use BLAS from OpenBLAS library externally, that is mostly Ass

That's just a display not an IoT project. The display did nothing as a thing.

Pure TeXnicians are a thing. Besides, what do you expect him to use? it's his creation. The point is he created TeX for himself and expected others to supercede it with a proper implementation. Didn't happen though.

Use `DeclarePairedDelimiter` from `mathtools`. The rule of TeX is that anything that is written in TeX is instantly old. Because people don't read what Knuth had in mind. TeX was the prototype not the production grade product. Still pe

You would be surprised how much Popper's work is falsified. I get what you mean but it only stays as a romantic goal and the reality is much more messed up. The title says given the current understanding of fhe Black Hole dynamics, if

I am a little bit too invested in music listening and Spotify pretty much killed my appetite for looking out for new music in their UI. So it became a Drive for my MP3s. Whatever Spotify is doing is not coming close to my experience with Pa

Control theory person here. In the linear case resulting "system" is a linear time-invariant system. That's the standard state space system that you can convert and obtain a transfer function. But from a higher order transfer

Your happiness shouldn't change if ice cream input has a zero. Also it should be independent from the amount of ice cream. In other words if we have an ODE say ddot y + 2 dot y + y = dot u - 2 u As long as my input is pure C exp(2t) in

Always appreciate control theory articles. But this one needs some editing. Take ice cream example;that is not zero dynamics that's still pretty much convolution. Now zero dynamics examples must have no effect on the system. Thus it is

Make use of TeX and Friends source code for handling PDF symbols, then it is much easier to check different implementations. For example, TikZ/PGF package has both PS and PDF implementations of the same graphical objects. So you can se

You are confusing tribes with nations. None of those examples you gave had any nation-states especially greeks, persians and you can add ottomans, ming, mogul so on, they all had empires with tribal ruling with a dynasty and tribes, with ex

There are way more details to the AB testing over. UX is just a percentage of the total product. Users are being subjects because their behavior is what you make money out of. Is it moral that's a different discussion.

Yes but I don't see your objection. That's basically what google, apple and alike are by definition. The marginal benefits and the techniques used to reach them are very sound. The cost function they choose is not.
