How do you figure? The explicit domain of enforcement is the executive branch, so if the new guy coming in says something akin to "They've made their decision, let them enforce it" that's somewhat by design even if you m

Often enough a protocol was made to deal with it. The compromises have mostly been kept quiet though or at least didn’t get much news traction.

Yeah I was wondering where that part was. This article is missing the trees for the forrest. It’s like saying trade port hubs are there because of the weather and ignoring the major river they sat on.

The closest thing I can find is in the floods cause rain sense, so please post the links To put this in perspective, people said the same moral panic about tv and that has also been rigorously proven false yet disagreed with by laymen.

And copyright doesn’t give the ability to fight any of that is the point. This all sounds like abuse of DMCA process.

And I say it should be. If the entire argument is “these cops say so and also this one guy who may hate the defendant”, that should probably get dismissed. Make them submit body cam footage showing evidence and amazingly a lot of bad stuff

Suggest watching the movie gattaca to understand what happens to kids of parents who think like this in an extreme version. The problem is if you ignore the reality of the competition it’s basically setting your kid up to fail due to prison
