I don't use OpenBSD - but I plan to some day, and I really like their attitude. Specifically, it is very refreshing to see a piece of software where "Quality is the #1 goal, it takes a back seat to NOTHING else."

I hate when someone suggests adding process to fix a problem - and I saw this quite a few times already. Most people clearly understand the benefits of adding process, but very few seem to realize the costs. If I tried hard I am pretty sure

#1 is really important - VBA is an awful language. My two cents: add support for arbitrary precision math. Sometimes you need it, and when you do, you really need it.
