AVM is notorious for GPL violations. I cannot say anything about these patents (aside from stating the fact that all software patents are bogus, because math cannot be patented), but I would not be surprised if they intentionally violated

sendmail is both, a commandline client (interface, because it's implemented by multiple projects) that sends mail from the local machine, as well as a full-blown MTA (smtp server, as in postfix).

Disclaimer: I am not working on the SDK nor for Amazon. As far as I read the code of some AWS SDKs, the SDKs (in most languages) are generated from interface files and are thus always in-sync and cover the same APIs in every language.

It's not as bad as you make it to be. There are bugzilla categories like needs-sponsor that will usually attract a sponsor pretty soon.

This is unfortunately not robust against phishing which is for most users the bigger risk IMO (not necessarily power users, but I'd argue that most power users are too sure about themselves in this regard). It's always a question

One big difference is that the sources are still provided. Only the "tagging" when a release happens is not.

Every time I look at FoundationDB for replacing some Redis usage I wonder about key expiry/TTL, look for it and find nothing. Is this such a strange use case, that there is not even a blog entry about it only some forum entries?

You don't need to be that arrogant. The number-one reason why there are no new (No)SQL-Databases for one node is that the existing databases are great and you can't monetize them. Failover is automatic for PG when using e.g. Patr

It doesn't really matter if the Jensen test suite is faulty. If it reports something and it is (against all odds) not a valid bug. What's the problem. It does not claim to find all problems (and can't) so this is sufficien

I guess I was very lucky to get my solokey v2s a few month ago. I do like them. I am a bit disappointed that they have problems for other backers.

Can you go into detail? I'd really like to know what you mean by formatting, but more important is the error handling part of your criticism.

I guess you mean "[0, ∞)". You cannot have infinitive delivery in computer systems.

You might want to research who the first wayland developers were and are now. You might be surprised. Let's just spoiler, that they not only read the X11 manual.

Can someone please explain what that means. I know MariaDB but understand pretty much nothing else here.

I didn't read the pull request in detail, but won't leaking the fields lead to memory leaks when `xml-serde` is used in a long-running application?

Great to see that getting more traction than my submission. I hope to find time to incorporate it into my terminal. Are there already some projects generating the various color schemes?

I got my solokeys v2. A bummer that they did not ship to some folks.

This is looking great. Of course, this being new, there are some essential questions not answered yet. What's the backup story like? Can the whole state be restored from the mail storage (I assume not)? Do you support "master u

The difference is that it kills the environment by using massive amounts of electricity. That criticism is fundamental: There is no viable "web3" offering not doing that.
