I wrote it myself. You're more than welcome to have the code if you want it (it's pretty simple!!). The quarters are like new year's resolutions - but easier to stick to because it's only 12 weeks. The plugin is just a v

Daily stuff, I use breeze.pm, which is a bit like Trello except has swimlanes. For current stuff I have a board separated into three swimlanes - client work, my work and personal. These are separated in columns - this week, today, doing, bl

Only done it once, but I downloaded a HQ version of the picture I wanted and had it printed at a local printer. Was super high quality paper and good ink. Cost me about £7/$10 for a decent size, and I grabbed a frame off Amazon.

Jon Ronson's "The Butterfly Effect" covers this quite well. It's free on iTunes and quite an entertaining listen. http://www.jonronson.com/butterfly.html

I see and work on a lot of content marketing pieces. This is an example of content marketing executed _reeeeallyy_ well. Massive props to Boss As A Service.

Totally my opinion and anecdotally, but up and down. Certainly with Nike sometimes a win, sometimes you're like "really?" Vans and Chucks seem consistently similar - I wear through a pair in about 8 months, I buy a new pair.

Some stuff is pretty timeless. Especially with sneakers. Vans, Chucks, Air Max, Superstars - all remained in fashion (and sometimes on trend) for the last 20+ years.

CDBs are the only shoes I've ever worn through the sole of. I wore them the great regularity for 2 years. Rest of the shoe is still fine. Clarks are definitely worth the extra cash. That said, those crepe soles are like ice skates in t

Yes, and more retailers would size consistently based on this fact. There was a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly in GAP, for instance. I wore through two pairs of them (and at £39 quid they weren't worth getting repaired). The third

Was going to post this as well! I'm 10 weeks in and feeling great. Continuing to work out as before and lost almost 8kg (10% of my starting body weight). A bit hard getting start, but easy to roll when you're going.

Didn't realise it expires [sigh]. The rest of my packets are probably useless then. That said, I happily repaired a macbook charger at both ends, so the 10 or so quid I spent on it works out far cheaper than a £60 charger.
