I'm submitting this mostly as a curiosity, but I'm sorry, this product is deprecated due to Pixel Qi closing shop. I wonder why this projects never take off, while I see plenty of people interested in an outdoors-capable laptop. I

Hmm, where are you from? I'm from norther Spain and those nouns don't suggest anything related to science for me. "El matemático" may be, but just because we associate it with a theoretical field, "Informático"

I guess a lot depends on who and how they pay to deliver. I got an internal x260 battery (that can't configure properly in Linux, if anyone knows about it) a few days ago and has been a disaster. In the case of Spain their customer sup

Then travel more man. Trenitalia is pretty competent for whats out there. They even have boats to move entire train carriages with the passengers inside to islands? That's pretty cool! Here in Spain we have RENFE, and they are pretty g

I'm from Spain and I find relatable. I've been in places where I didn't have to eat, so when people orders food every day I just compute in my head how much money goes to waste. Another thing that I do, is consider the abilit

Getting fired for a poor choice of words in a book that has no direct relation to your job. I would say "what a time to be alive", but It seems much more prevalent in the US/UK, I hope it gets contained there.

No way. That must be top tier talent. With 10k USD a month you basically own the town. You can go very very far with that money in western Europe too. Maybe places like Paris or London may be much more expensive, though.

Yes, but hedonic adjustment is basically an attack of the bottom line of inflation as an useful metric IMO. Inflation is typically used for measuring purchasing power. IDK much about CPI because I'm not from the US, but in my country t

How does this work. Does the file need to pass through a server before reaching the other end? or is it streaming directly between sender and receiver? Also, does it need to put the whole file in RAM first?
