Just do something local! Find a group that helps with something you think is important to society, and get involved with that. Find a network. Help people who are being let down by what you think is wrong in society. Don't rely on the

That wasn't the question. Where did i say Russia has no right to exist? Nowhere. I said Chechnya is not "Russia". None of the Caucasus were Russian before they were conquered by Russia. They then declared independence and we

I was talking about general and scholarly opinion, not recognition by other states which only matters if there is enough power on their side to make the Us/whoever care. Which is not the case so the US doesnt.

I do include those. They are all part of the same state-building playbook. Although really, those states were taken from the indigenous people, by Mexico. Chechnyans and their ancestors ARE the indigenous people of the area. No, that doesn&

Chechnya is not really "part of" Russia. It was conquered by the Empire, then declared independence after the dissolution of said Empire, then was reconquered by the Soviets. Same as happened to Ukraine. Same as happened to Georgi

It's pretty clear that Stalin used the famine to help liquidize non-Russian groups who had strong identites and had resisted collectivization. Ukrainians were #1 on this list. It's a textbook play. https://www.amazon.ca

And many many chiropractors do not subscribe to those kooky theories created over 100 years ago. They just focus on maintaining your spinal and skeletal (and muscular) health and examine the impact on your body. Those are the good ones.

You had a bad chiropractor, who probably would have made a bad doctor as well by the sounds of it (just assuming a rugby injury is a slipped disk? did he even check? was he even able to check?)

Chiropractice is not quackery from start to finish. A chiropractor solved my rsi with simple adjustments and some home stretching and joint exercises. A chiropractor fixed my mom's debilitating back pain after pregnancy. But there are

Good advice. I've had friends with borderline partners and they were very dangerous and controlling once things went bad. BPD patients tend to have trouble with the self-awareness part of it so treatment is hard as well (afaik).
