I don't get the Hugging Face endgame. I've worked with their sales teams, and they seem like they are just constantly throwing things at the wall. With the overinflated fundraising they did, I don't know how they're goin

This isn't entirely true. 7-11 bought and maintained the Stripes brand, but they still operate 7-11 branded stores in Texas.

My wife and I looked a lot into adopting, and this is a really common thing. You have adoptees who didn't have a great life and they are, justifiably, upset. But the problem is that you aren't hearing from the ones who are happy o

That's where we differ. Of course, you're not obligated to speak French, but to go and expect people to communicate you in your language, not theirs, is highly entitled.

What's the point of reading a book, then? The joy of reading fiction is to try to understand the humanity in the scene. I don't need the author to force feed me all of these details. I want to wrestle with the answers, to try to g

This can't really be the most interesting thing to comment on this story. But since we're here, I have a hard time seeing this as being confusing. Who is pushing "lives" off cliffs?

There's no need to imply a shadowy conspiracy to hide the "truth". You can look at, for example, The Dead Sea Scrolls and compare them to the Masoretic texts: https://news.nd.edu/news/dead-sea-scrolls-yie

I doubt the NFL is worrying too much. Reddit activism rarely (never?) moves the needle. If anything, it will push more people to X to get NFL news.
