Interesting, looks almost like how you'd write Go using S-expressions. Seems like you have access to the stdlib from the examples. I wonder if you could use other Go libraries. I also wonder if you can use co-routines or channels. This

I don't see what your issue is with syncthing. syncthing is meant to be cross platform, so using inotify was an obvious problem. Plus syncthing is an entirely different use case from glusterfs. Think Dropbox, not one-filesystem-across-

Sigh. This is just becoming the same as Cable TV. In Cable TV days you had numerous premium channels you had to subscribe to which gave you access to movies/shows. You needed multiple subscriptions to get access to "all" the

Interesting. The idea is that index funds implicitly favor collusion between companies in the same industry since investors/institutions own the competing companies (perhaps even at the same weight). That is, an index owning both Coke

I think this is where the adult industry can act as the "bridge" and can make use of VR as it is today until it is mature enough for gaming. The lack of input/feedback isn't that big of a deal since for adult entertainme

This is why some people use the "offline" applications like GnuCash[1] or cli-ledger[2]. These programs can be used in such a way that they don't even know the financial institutions you do business with, never mind usernames

I don't see where you're getting the "reprint the paper, and redistribute it to other customers" based on how ad blocking works. Ad block is at an individual level, there is no redistribution.

Indeed. In fact I liked it so much that I wrote a program very similar that can read/write such files on Windows[1]. I couldn't find how to compile the original on Windows. The file format is pretty simple. At least for the sprea

I wouldn't call it an illusion. Perception of motion maybe? More like humans agreed that X oscillations of element Y counts as 1 second. We all agree on the length of 1 second on earth and go from there. We use that time unit as a refe
