The ‘For You’ is the behavior i’ve had for a while. I’m happy to be able to go to the Following tab. I’m tired of seeing ‘X follow’ etc.

Rancher Desktop works on my Macbook w/ Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Globalprotect, and I'm sure a few other things. Multipass doesn't.

Not sure about open information about the models, but from tooling/infra we are running k8s w/ in-house API for image acquisition. Features are defined as x,y coordinates denoting center of a feature, with a pixel count denoting s

I have models in production that currently monitor ~400 cameras with an addition of 2-3 cameras/month. If it were cheap enough, it would be useful for our use case (Quality Control). We generally pull from cameras roughly 6400 pixels p

I have only ever signed a new contract when I changed entities entirely. Within orgs I haven’t had to do so. I’ve changed salary or role 4x in the past year internally and it might as well be updating a db record.

Beautiful response, thank you! I briefly looked at LADD, very interesting mechanism for restricting data by filtering it from feeds. From the rest of your response, it seems like it’s perfectly legal to crowdsource this data. I don’t really

The data is public. Does taking publicly accessible data and tweeting it make it creepy? Or is more a problem to you that all the data is public? You could hide within this, say, you know, take a first class flight somewhere on a commercial

The cost of someone to manage and support this in my org would cost more than it is worth. Gitlab runners on an autoscaling group handles load for me and scales up and down with need. Took 2-3 hours to set up, and has lasted 2 years without

I had to hunt down all of the banned devices when the 2019 ban took place on Dahua, Hikvision, and Huawei. I've never seen worse quality feeling looking software. Random cameras requiring Chrome Apps to manage, or some obscure Windows

They fund much more than this, and almost all of it is cool. Check out In-Q-Tel Labs, they have some cool projects. disclaimer: I work with In-Q-Tel investments almost daily, but am not affiliated.

You can do this now. I use Multipass to get rapid linux VMs with access to my files. For Kubernetes, I use Rancher Desktop (which can also do some docker magic)

I don’t agree. I think anticheat CAN do plenty. Many game companies don’t have the resources or care to build entire divisions around anticheat. Hardware bans are extremely effective when done right. Not many games do invasive hardware bans

Is there a roadmap? I don't want a cloud service, but a roadmap with features planned as long as there's support is something that would get me to pay (or a one-time purchase.)

Completely agree. I would pay $10-30 as a one-time cost for this. I don't want cloud sync with your servers, neither do any of the places that I would like to use this. I have never found a good time-tracking app that is useful for me,

I have WK&T and have symmetrical gigabit w/ 24/7 chat support in a town with a population of 300 in TN. Spectacular service, but I did sit on a waiting list and pay $1000 for installation. My bill has gone down over time (WK&a

Raspberry pi serial numbers have a lot of zeros and when migrating device management solutions w/ a CSV set up in Excel we lost a lot of time from serials getting mangled like this. I just don’t use excel anymore.
