Now try “a highway being held up by an airplane” Tried all morning and ChatGPT could not do it.

I absolutely can because this is a discussion. Being called delusional for sharing my experience on a platform I use _at least_ 40 hours a week was a bit much but in case you missed it, I relented. They brought receipts and I came down from

No worries you’re fine. I guess downtime was much more widespread than I could even imagine. I do remember one time all of us at work joking that we should get the day off when GitHub was done. :D

Delusional? Anecdotal maybe…I was describing my experience so thanks for elaborating. I only use it as a code repository. Was it specific services within GitHub that failed a lot?

I mean GitHub in general has been pretty reliable minus the two outages they had last year and is usually pretty performant or I wouldn’t use their keyboard shortcuts. There are some complaints here from a former dev about gitlab that might

What am I chatgpt? Just make your point and tell us which 2000 binaries don't run and we can argue about whether or not that counts as a mark against backwards compatibility. Also, is this a trick question about binaries that weren

GNU/Linux + the linux kernel. Somehow, it feels like you don't actually care about the point I was making as much as putting me down. I misspoke...barely, yet you're so fixated on pointing it out in the most unhelpful manner.

This is great and all until you completely ignored the fact that wine exists and went on to call user space design questions by Microsoft “trivial”. I could also start listing ways that the Linux kernel maintains backwards compatibility wit

Sorry I was asking about how taxes worked. Your comment made it sound like they can subtract $40million off of their tax bill because they lost that much to this movie but maybe you didn't mean that. I imagine the write off means their

They’re not claiming insurance though. The question you should ask is whether burning your own house down is considered a loss on your tax returns? I don’t see why not.

Doesn’t the write off just reduce your taxable earnings by $40million? Are you saying that their tax bill will actually go down by that much instead of some fraction of it?

Enforcement is a high cost and that should be factored in and I’m not saying it should be legal to tag property that isn’t yours but the bystander effect should address concerns of lawlessness spreading to personal vehicles. Buildings and b

You’re inventing a problem though. There’s no overlap between car hating and tagging. Car tagging isn’t common at all and saying we have to enforce one to prevent the other is a scare tactic used to deploy aggressive forms of enforcement.

I have to say, I really like that it claims to work in an async fashion with rsync/dropbox not interfering with the repo. But my brain is also wired hard on top of git.

Google was at least super good at caching so if you knew the url you wanted a snapshot of it was almost definitely snapshotted accurately.

Doesn’t the DEA deal with the same thing with THC analogs? I could be wrong but I thought they got pretty quick about banning them. I want to look into this now…

If you’re modifying the cards to fit your needs and ChatGPT is basing them off of your personal notes then I’m not sure you understood the commenters suggestion you’re referring to.

Why wouldn’t they use SteamOS? Windows 11 is plagued with bloatware that even if removed will return. The telemetry is out of control and the last thing any mobile device needs. There are like 5 games that _need_ windows and they’re all due
