Where exactly do you live? I've driven all over the east coast and have never, ever seen any of this to be remotely true.

I've found LeakCanary incredibly useful at rooting out context related leaks you probably wouldn't otherwise think of. If you look under "no-op dependency" you'll find a solution to the issue you're describing.

This is Facebook's inmate account report page. For me, it was hidden if you're logged into Facebook, with a message that says: "This form is for people who can't log into their accounts, but it looks like you're log

I'm all for more police scrutiny. As a resident of NYC, I've had a few interactions with police that have left me with the impression that probably 50% of them here are ineffective at best , and a net negative at worst. I'

The best part of this article is the feature graphic, that of a castle with the caption: THIS IS A TOWER. PHOTOGRAPHER: DAMIEN MEYER/AFP/GETTY IMAGES The article mentions "Tower Research". Is the image/caption a jok

I like the idea of building this into bitcoin, where one only has to check into the blockchain somehow each year to continue receiving payments.

I don't think that was the argument here. The argument was that being rich compounds the inequality seen between them and everyone else, not just the poor, but including the middle class, etc.

I keep hearing this mantra that young folks aren't on Facebook, but all of the young folks I know (younger cousins mostly) are on Facebook. I'm skeptical that this notion is true.

Not only would it be a remarkable engineering feat, but just getting this through the institutionalized government corruption with enough money left over to finish the project would be the largest hurdle. I'm also incredibly skeptical

A moderately inquisitive person would think from the title of the article that this would be related in some way to the movie. One could then ctrl-F just in case, to see if it's referenced, and still get away with pretending to be inte
