The insurance industry will prevent that any scientific study will be taken seriously. Most articles in mainstream media about Multiple Chemical Sensitivities or Sick Building Syndrome will continue to downplay the risks.

I disagree on phishing protection. In the best case the phisher has 30 seconds to login, and then has enough time to change the login details.

Agreed. The second factor is merely a protection to login on untrusted browsers. And you probably don’t install your password manager there.

Instant On has several limitations like maximum APs in a site or maximum clients. I don’t want to say they are bad products but it’s only useful for a small network. TP-Link Omada is a very similar system like UniFi in this price range. The

What do you mean with Docker? Docker isn't mentioned in the article. Probably your container would run faster when your container image was native arm64 architecture and there wouldn't be emulation.

It’s much cheaper to install Linux and libvirt on an old PC and then use virt-manager as the client on the Mac. This has no annual license fee.

I‘m not sure if this is a good thing. Despite email being an open standard we have now the situation that most emails are processed by either Google or Microsoft. When the same happens to Matrix we will have a situation where it’s so hard t

I also never had an issue with Ubuntu on Raspberry Pi. They even provide packages to update the EEPROM. But it doesn’t surprise me that it just works since Ubuntu is a commercial distro. They even sell products for the Raspberry Pi version

Podman and nerdctl seem to be the better option when it must be true open source. I know it’s very hard to build the Docker from source that you can download as binary. I don’t like this. Build process should be documented for everyone for

I don’t like how the cookie dialogue on the Docker blog says it would take a few minutes to save my cookie preferences. I won’t wait a few minutes to just be able to start reading. This was my last visit on the Docker website.

These are good fonts but it’s unclear why it’s not released under a proper font license like SIL Open Font License. This would make the use of the fonts much easier.

GPLv3 isn’t a useful license because it makes the use of software in automotive devices effectively impossible. And I think this is a security issue as well because the vendors still rely on very old GPLv2 versions of software and can’t upd
