I've had a ballot returned to me because my signature didn't match my on-file signature close enough. You mail in two sealed envelopes... You sign the inner one, which is discarded once verified. You get a barcode with your ballot

This. I mean, I run linux on all but one of my machines, but if a company made me choose, I'd choose Windows over OSX. Apple doesn't make things dev-friendly, the mountain of volunteers who make homebrew and packages make it dev-f

I have the Lenovo W541 w/ 3K screen, and am VERY hapy with it. Battery life is low, at 1-2 hours, but the 32gb of RAM is essential when running VMs. (though, admittedly, now that we've gone to docker, my memory requirements have d

Good news is that on a medium-sized project (10s of routes and models), it still just takes two commands... haven't gone through setting up production yet, but I don't foresee any big issues.

This looks similar to what was demo'd a year ago at EmberConf 2015... Something that works for a subset of people with a specific setup. It looks really cool... if I'm understanding it correctly, it can hot-load code in production

I think this argument is coming down to semantics. Is there an 'analagous initiative' in React? No. Can you end up with the same result in React? Yes. There are people doing this in React, but each team needs to do it slightly dif

There are other initiatives in the ember-verse for solving the 'universal app' issue. Specifically, ember-engines provides a way to separate code into logical apps, but having them appear to be a single app. It's currently &
