I've always found curious that we think extraterrestrials must be a civilization. If we define life as an entity that strives to perpetuate itself, then the fact that we are separate individuals is just a hack to make us evolve and sur

I'm waiting for a Tether collapse to create my long position, but I'm starting to feel like Michael Burry in the Big Short: the market can remain irrational for a long time.

The review that you got there was pretty cool! The reader was actually surprised by the innovative way that you've put together your narrative :)

Random idea: we could create a .tube domain to disseminate the idea that YouTube doesn't need to be the only video platform around.

Indeed, Coinbase is so good that it doesn't look like a cryptocurrency exchange (despite the fact that it doesn't appeal to the more anarchic uses of crypto). Exchanges usually feel half-baked and there are tons of cases of securi

AFAIK, PoS networks have not been proven as secure as PoW. Would love to see someone smarter than me commenting on this.

Metabase is an amazing product, but I'm using Superset[0] in my company because it supports Azure AD SSO, which became a necessity for us. But as soon as this feature appears in Metabase, we are switching. [0] https://supers

One of Rob's ideas - the GOPATH - is something that I enjoy very much and even port the concept to other languages, sometimes. However, it seems that the community as a whole didn't embrace it. I feel isolated, but in good company
