   You are genralizing here, not everyone who is from India works for the body shops you’ve mentioned. The body shops like TCS, Wipro etc exist because the rules allow it, they use temporary visas like B1 and L they try to get H1 but rarely do

   I have very restricted choices, it’s different from the choices you have and that is why it is easy for corporations to keep the wages down , the “lower wages” I get here is still way higher than what I’d make if I chose any of the choices
