Funny to hear Notion described as an incumbent! Having used both though, Roam did much more to fundamentally change how I took notes and use them to form new insights and ideas.

Hey this sounds super interesting. I'm a PM at Upbound.io and would love to learn more about your experiences working with K8s. What's a good way of contacting you?

Sure society hasn't collapsed, but we've lost a lot all in the name of "progress".

You simply can't. I'm a 20 something with hella debt. Would love to go out and do my own thing or even work at a smaller company for less money, but more responsibility. Unfortunately that's not really an option for me. My #1

Whoa, hell just froze over. I wonder how the OneDrive team feels about this? This kind of a decision was made at the highest levels of the company.

This could be awesome, especially if it can integrate with the Windows Store. Maybe even your XBox/WP too?

It seems like you haven't paid much attention to the leaks and rumors out there... Cortana is 100% going to be in Windows 10 from the looks of it. Also, this package manager is designed to get the people MS needs excited the most - har

Now all they have to do is make it free. Seriously though, as a student I can't shell out $299 for a license and even at the $99/year student rate (with proof of relevant course work), I can't see myself paying $99/year

Interesting to see all the recent activity on HN about cross platform development. Seems like, as far as native code solutions go, C#/.NET is our best bet. As a C# junkie I'm excited about this, but also kinda sad that HTML5 cross

I have a feeling we're going to see some really interesting things very similar to this coming out of Redmond in the near future. With Microsoft's announcement of One-Get (an official Windows package manager that essentially wraps

Apple needs to show customers what they want, that's the real issue. Since Jobs died, Apple hasn't really created a new product category that none of us knew we wanted. Instead, they've made defensive moves by making their ex

No one should feel victorious or good about the outcome of this thing. An individual, who apparently incredibly qualified and talent enough to lead an org like Mozilla, was forced to step down because of his socio-political views. No allega

I honestly feel like Brendan is the victim here. He might have religious or moral views on gay marriage that some of us don't agree with, but being forced to step down as CEO because of those views... well that's something I don&#

At first I thought it was a cross platform app building something-or-another (kinda like Xamarin), but now that I actually am building it and playing around with it I see that it's something else entirely. I'm actually glad this h

The amazing thing is that you can potentially write all your code in C# and have backend/frontend logic for the web (ASP.NET), Windows, Windows Phone, and even iOS/Android (via Xamarin). Wow.
