I hate removal of 3.5mm port same as you, but wireless earbuds are not a scam per se. I have some Sony buds which have great sound and there's no more a minute of untangling cable whenever I take them from the bag. However, that's

Yep, it's not stupidity, it's life inexperience. At that point in life many people have only vague ideas on how money is really earned in the real world, and get-rich-quick schemes seem at least plausible. Didn't fell into th

I guess I hate it because I believed marketing term "family sharing" and did not realize it's "family sharing with caveats and significant limitations". With that incorrect belief I bought a number of games for both

So this feature seems to be target to family sharing PCs? I really hate Steam's family sharing. It seemed a great idea. I could purchase some games for kids on my account and they could play on their separate PC. I fully expected that

Unfortunately, restaurants and bars still have "smoking or non" in Serbia, and in practice it's just smoking everywhere. So if you're hit with nostalgia and wish to smell like ashtray after going out - come to Serbia! Th

Main benefit of internet access is that you can share progress with Kindle app on your phone. Sometimes you end up with some time to kill and you only have a phone at hand.

It's risky that some of "intentional bugs for pirates" end up working for paying users as well. Every software has bugs, is it really a good idea to create extra ones, some of which might slip by? At least this creates extra

While temperature of boiling water has mostly academic meaning for everyday life, freezing point is much more important. I would say the most important temperature point for us humans. That point affects driving, walking, taking care of pip

How do you deal with 1" resolution for person's height? It seems too huge a difference. 2.5cm higher is maybe not that important once you're not teenager any more, but it is still quite visible. Also, deciliter is used a lot

I think Jarre was quite popular in ex Yugoslavia. In part because his music was used on TV in the 80s, for intros, background music for education shows, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if it was not fully licensed at that time.

It's very different in Belgium for non-terminal patients, quoting Pieter: "I am, finally, so glad I never quit Belgium. This country allows for death on demand, for patients who are terminal or have a bad enough quality of life.
