Prioritize protein. It will fill you up and keep you full on less amount of food. I’ve never done this but some say to eat boring food and they will keep you from binging. A perfect food to meet both of this criteria are chicken breast.

I’m an adjunct prof at a middle tier college. We have a couple classes planned to be in person for fall. I highly doubt it. Plus a majority of the student body is foreign and can’t even travel to the USA. Essentially I’m sayin RIP to middle

I didn’t read the article because it’s behind a paywall but going off the title, I 100% agree. I work at a FANG company and have been told to stay home. I get so damn stir crazy sitting at home all day. Not to mention I have zero dedicated

But that’s the great thing about the market, there still have to be buyers and the public is getting wise about these “semi-fraudulent” IPOs (see WeWork). This is exactly how the market is suppose to work.
