To elaborate on this, a CTA would directly transfer the contribution of the copyright to the project. A CLA is much more common than a CTA. A CLA is more complicated: the submitter maintains the copyright, but a sublicense is granted to the

Airflow has always been focused on workflows and it’s tasks don’t have to query data in an external system. You could have code running in airflow that runs a query that is executed by Velox.

I agree that if you don't need additional chezmoi features you can easily implement the git commit and push in bash to avoid the need to bootstrap by downloading the chezmoi binary. I hope to take advantage of some of the additional ch

I felt the same way and pared down the workflow. I edit my files directly. Then when done, I do a single `chezmoi add`, which pushes it to the git repo because I have auto commit/push enabled in ~/.config/chezmoi/chezmoi

I started using this recently and it’s working pretty well. It’s just a porcelain around having a git repo for your home directory files (there’s one level of indirection though where files are copied to/from the repo and your actual h

If you understand the limitations of the two types of vaccines, then polio showing up in the wastewater in international cities seems expected. The US and England vaccinate with the non-live version. This non-live version cannot mutate, but

It's notable that there are no references in this article. We actually have a 9 month supply of new housing now (which is a lot, that's up from a low of just a few months). Population growth in the US continues to go ever lower (b

I am quite bullish on long-term battery production as well. But I recognize that we are heading for some pain in the near-term where supply will not keep up with demand. I like that solar analysis, but I also think it is possible that the h
