A used Tesla. While it was indeed a nightmare that I hope Tesla figures out a way to solve, it's not quite the same as if he bought a new vehicle.

I really hope they never do that. Purchasing a Tesla 100% online was the best experience I ever had with a car company. No sales gimmicks, no false advertisement, no BS back and forth, no wasted time, etc. That alone would be reason enough

I am not sure if I understood what you meant, but they are not implying that you should buy first and then drive. The policy is about giving more time to return the car if the customer didn't do a test drive before. At Model 3's e

My experiences with other cars are the opposite. I've seen a lot of advertised prices that are not really what they want to charge you when you make it to the store to purchase.

Obviously, YouTube can't imprison anyone. What I am saying "probably" is about what they could do to initiate an investigation on someone that might lead to imprisonment.

I just believe there should be no tolerance for pedophiles. If someone is behaving as a sexual predator online, you ought to suspect that's what they actually are.

Both of your statements. It's probably out of their legal authority and the act of watching a video is obviously not illegal nor harmful to anyone. But that's is a very simplistic view of the situation.

The search alone wasn't sufficient, but was enough to start it all. In YouTube's cases, there are plenty of comments that demonstrate someone is a sexual predator. In my view, if someone "tipped them off", it would be th

Sadly, you are probably right.

A google search has been sufficient before. Remember the pressure cooker and backpacks search from a family in New York?

by goshx 8y ago
That doesn't mean they can't or shouldn't be investigated.

To ban comments is an important step IMHO, but how about putting the people making the comments behind bars? They will keep watching these videos.

The best advice here is the one by ChuckMcM. Please read it carefully. Your comments are showing a very toxic approach to this whole situation. I was unfortunate to have hired toxic people in the past, who believed they were better than eve

This reminds me of Anthony Bourdain's visit to Venice and a local restaurant that only accepted being filmed if he didn't tell anyone the name or location of the place. It can definitely kill the business. Off-topic question: how
