What are you talking about? The same can be said about 59F (15°C) and 60F (15.56°C) "One fahrenheit increment doesn't feel like anything" At least Celsius are grounded in reality, should I be worried about ice? Just check if

I stop using AI and do the job manually. I normally give AI one shot at the task. If it fails then it's not saving me any time

It is funny that there are people defending Google because "it's the law and they have to follow it" when Google is completely ignoring privacy laws around the world. They could have done the same right? They probably even ha

Anecdotal, but in Spain kids don't take these tests seriously. I remember when we were in school we would ask if the tests counted towards the final note for the subject and they didn't so we would just basically finish asap so we

Same experience. I moved to Windy and I just look at the weather radar and make my own prediction. I guesstimate that it has less than 50% accuracy for my area

That's not necessarily the reason. Less technical people are usually bound to just one provider

I think with passkey you don't own the private key. It's in your device and managed by the OS. That's one of the reasons I don't use passkeys (the other being that if I lose the device I can't access my account)

It's the wet dream of any CEO. Subscription model for companies to pay to do tasks and subscription model for companies to understand the output of the subscription model. Amazing, they should do another Silicon valley season

It's not just the internet, it's everything. Every document I read at work has been AI generated at some capacity. It's becoming so annoying that I have to use AI to create a summary. I don't know if anyone agrees, but A

If that was the logic then software engineers would stop using AI to "protect their jobs" but that hasn't been the case. There will always be people that work against their own profession and colleagues for short term gains
