"Playing the race card on why life is hard is a cop out." What a shitty, thoughtless thing to say. Life is significantly harder for african americans. That's a fact; dismissing experiences is an ignorant thing to do. I'm

What? This is the least understandable gripe. Every time I launch a new version of ANYTHING you listed above, it comes in the form of a brand new server that swaps into the load balancer. Broken Ops isn't someone else's fault.

Here's a great rule of thumb: don't write bad reviews. If a place sucked, oh well. People have bad days. Stop acting like a wannabe gourmet and shitting all over people. I'll only consider a bad review if you give me food poi

Chase freedom has 5% cash back with Amazon. This month it's actually 10%. They did recently cap the monthly rewards at $150 total, which is a bummer. You can get 20%+ cash back (up top $10k in purchases) with discover if you use it wit

In Santa Clara county, yeah. The fee is 2.38%. Which is a terrible financial decision unless you're using it to get bonus points (and you pay the balances in full, right away).

Many credit cards offer a bonus if you spend $X in the first 3 months. And then it's usually 1-5% cash back at certain vendors after that.

Sign up for rewards credit cards and "make" some money. $500 bonus cash back if you spend $4k. The processing fee on $4k is about $95, so you get a ~10% discount on your property taxes.

I consider "learning new things" to be part of the employment terms. When solving problems, go a few levels deeper than you might actually "need" to. You usually end up with a more informed, elegant and robust solution.

I don't understand this at all. Blame divorce on kids? What? If anything, the American spending habits are killing the American marriage. Financial issues are the source of countless divorces.
