Just do everything with integers. RTS games of the 90's did it. They were able to sync 8 PCs across the world to run the same historical simulation (think Age of Kings) by passing nothing more than mouse clicks and keyboard presses ove

Valgrind or -fsanitize=address/undefined usually do the trick. The usual printf is fine otherwise. I read somewhere that a generic PRINT macro is in the works for the next C standard. Might be of use

Templated C is totally possible. It’s just a little verbose, but you get used to it. For instance, an alternative to void pointers while maintaining compile time type safety and gaining speed and maintainability looks something like this: g

CTL just copy pastes a bunch of code via an include for each new type. The following two tidbits are basically the same thing: CTL #define P #define T int #include <vec.h> STL #include <vector> templa

CTL. https://github.com/glouw/ctl It's functionally blackbox compatible with the STL for the major containers. Unless you're writing heap spaced firmware where C++ with an STL isn't available I recommend

I once back ported the core of the C++ STL to C to introduce templated containers to C with some macro magic. I learned in the end that I’m better off using C++

I'd laugh in their face if they ended a little flirtation with a link to their only fans page. I'm waiting on good ol' Musky to spam my waking hours with thought intrusive advertising, not your average bar goer.

Like someone else here said, most of my 20's was spent trying to prove myself to the world. I racked up about 6000+ GitHub stars, funded my retirement, and acquired a steady job working on the biggest AAA game. I turn 30 this year, and

I met the guy once - solid dude. He was with his family on a ferry ride here in Vancouver. I loved his Strapping Young Lad days. He was off his meds when he wrote Alien. It's an absolute masterpiece.
