I just want to caution folks that whoever did this using this "Meredith" account is not necessarily (and most likely is not) Meredith, the person. It's much more likely that a hacked account would be used to do something malicious like this

Microsoft has a number you can call for any problem with their paid products. Admittedly, it's not free, but the fee is refunded if the problem is found to be caused by Microsoft. Anyone can call and open a case, regardless of support contr

You can change it later, and it keeps all your followers following after the change. 3rd party apps are supposed to track you by ID and not name, but god only knows who really does what.
