Well now, this is odd. I don't know if it's because of the recent background check done by the US Government, or associating with the Microsoft App Store -- either of which (timing-wise) seemed to prompt Dunn & Bradstreet to call me and sell on their services -- but I started the Apple process to secure a number, and the helpfully found the number I apparently already had and emailed it to me. I never went to D&B to get one, so... anyone know why I have one already?
