So the problem with all of those oils is the high concentration of PUFA which is more susceptible to oxidation and thus causes inflammation. Commercial oat milk like that made by Oatly has rapeseed oil added into it and is then pasteurized.

Specifically vegetable seed oil, like sunflower oil or canola oil. The other thing I'm very skeptical of now is milk replacements, like oat milk. For cooking just use olive oil, coconut oil, or regular butter.

Vegetable oil is the big thing to avoid. I don't know if anyone is being paid off.

Well, chaste is already something every Catholic is bound to be. I assume they aren't taking vows not to murder or not to steal or to not lie, because those things are already forbidden. The vows are for things that raise the bar.
