So the problem with all of those oils is the high concentration of PUFA which is more susceptible to oxidation and thus causes inflammation.

Maybe something home made isn't bad.
- ip26 6y agoPasteurizing happens at like 160F. Vegetable oils oxidize at 350F or above.
