Cool, thanks. The first Google SERP for "rake changelog" was kind of awful.

Rake 0.9.1 is out, but I haven't had a chance to test it. I can't even find where on earth it's being maintained now.

Standard advice for anything involving law: TALK TO A LAWYER You probably can't afford to make the wrong decision.

It'd probably be easier to build a BTC-related website, let it grow a bit, then empty the wallets of everyone visiting it. It'd probably also be easier to compromise an existing site and throw your code/exploit up. I wouldn't try building a

I already wrote some proof of concept code that steals a user's balance if they're using the Windows client. You'd just have to distill it down to shellcode and include it as a payload in a 100% silent driveby browser exploit. POC code for

Is this due to the recent drama with Zed Shaw being invited to the "DongML" project? Very entertaining as an observer, but very annoying for Zed I'm sure. Sad that they still haven't added a requirement that you accept an invite to become a

You can use your regular normalization tactics (has_many, belongs_to, has_many_and_belongs_to_many, etc.) with MongoDB, too. You could treat it like a MySQL/PostgreSQL that simply allows arbitrarily nested/embedded documents if you need the

Right, you need to curate the data as you import it. I assumed that was assumed. You need to make it readable for humans and for search engines (SEO).

Started using MongoDB + Mongoid a few weeks ago. I have no plans to ever use MySQL/PostgreSQL for any projects ever again (unless they have requirements MongoDB can't meet). Prototyping without database migrations is amazing. This video on

Angry Birds sold 10 million copies on iOS alone in under a year. I highly doubt the majority of them would rather play a platformer that has been done to death over the last 25 years.

Yeah, SEO is really just about having good content and having links from other good sites to it. All the tweaks are just to help the search engines determine exactly what your content comprises and where it lives in relation to your other c

I don't know about Sitepoint for SEO, but I did like that one topic I linked to. I actually learned a substantial amount of my XHTML/CSS knowledge from Sitepoint (back in 2004-2005), so it's not all bad. :) I like seobook and seomoz, and I'
